Strength & Pump je format funkcionalnog treninga snage u malim grupama, organizovanog preko Teambeats platforme.


Trening je podeljen u segmente eksplozivnosti, snage i hipertrofije, a na nedeljnom nivou u tri kategorije - Lower body, Upper body i Total body.

Poboljšanje performansi

Strength and pump format je orijentisan na poboljšanje mišićne i neuralne komponente. Kroz trening prolazimo kroz tri faze - eksplozivnost, snaga i hipertofija. Faza eksplozivnosti sadrži dinamične kretnje namenjene za povećanje brzine pokreta i povećanje budnosti nervnog sitema. Faza snage sa sobom nosi izvođenje tradicionalnih vežbi funkcionalnog treninga sa ciljem povećanja spoljnog opterećenja kroz nedelje. Faza hipertrofije je tu da maksimalno efikasno podstaknemo mišićni rad i rast. Trening je u nedelji podeljen na lower body, upper body i total body sesiju, pa možete imati kompletan pristup u jednoj nedelji, a možete odabrati i onu koja vas najviše zanima i uklopiti je sa SkillX-om.
